Starboy Music boss, Wizkid has been announced the winner of the ‘Best International Act: Africa’ category in the BET Awards 2017.
Although the awards ceremony proper holds on Sunday, June 25, in Los Angeles, the United States, winners of some categories are announced days before the D-Day.
Wizkid, whose career took a giant leap in 2017 with his collaborations with American super stars, Drake and Chris Brown, beat home boys Tekno and Mr. Eazi to clinch the prize.
